Returns, Exchanges & Replacements Policy
We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
However, we offer replacement only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide photo or video proof of the issue along with the order details.
How to Request a Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how the replacement will be processed.
Important Notes

Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging will not qualify for replacement.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Replaceable Items
Certain items cannot be replaced, including:

Personal care products once opened
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product replacement is provided for eligible damaged or defective items.
